Types of Articles Accepted
- Original Research Articles — New findings, experiments, or studies. No length restriction.
- Review Articles — Comprehensive, critical analysis of existing literature. Must cover at least 50 references.
- Short Communications — Brief reports of significant new findings. Maximum 2,500 words.
- Case Studies — Detailed analysis of a specific real-world instance or problem.
- Technical Notes — Description of new methods, tools, datasets, or software.
Manuscript Preparation
File Format
Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex) format. PDF is accepted only for initial review; a Word/LaTeX source file will be required upon acceptance.
Language
All manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatical English. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscript professionally edited before submission.
Manuscript Structure

Formatting Requirements
References
References must follow the APA 7th Edition or Vancouver style consistently throughout the manuscript.
APA Example:
Smith, J. A., & Brown, K. (2024). Deep learning applications in healthcare. Journal of Computer Allied Intelligence, 3(2), 45–58. https://doi.org/10.69996/jcai.2024005
- Cite all references in the text using author-date (APA) or numbered (Vancouver) format.
- Only references cited in the text should appear in the reference list.
- Use DOIs wherever available.
- Minimum 20 references for original research articles.
- Self-citations should not exceed 15% of total references.

Submit via the online portal. You will receive a confirmation email with your manuscript ID.

Desk Review
Editors check scope, format, and plagiarism (usually within 3 days). Manuscripts outside scope are returned immediately.

Peer Review
Suitable manuscripts are sent to 2–3 expert reviewers. Double-blind process.

Decision
Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject. First decision typically within 7–20 days.

Revision
If revisions are required, authors have 21 days to respond with a detailed response letter.

Acceptance & Production
Accepted manuscripts are copy-edited, typeset, and assigned a DOI. Published within 10 days of acceptance.
