Our Mission
Fringe Global Scientific Press was founded on a simple belief: access to scientific knowledge should not be gated by geography or institutional wealth. We publish peer-reviewed research across 10 journals spanning computer science, engineering, health sciences, education, and more.
We operate on a no-fee model — authors pay nothing to submit or publish, and readers pay nothing to access our articles. We are committed to Open Access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
Every article published in our journals receives a permanent CrossRef DOI, ensuring long-term discoverability and proper citation tracking. We are indexed in Google Scholar, CrossRef, BASE, Scilit, J-Gate, and Portico.
