1. Overview

Fringe Global Scientific Press is an independent academic publisher operating a suite of peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journals. We provide platforms for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, and online publication of scholarly articles.

By accessing any FGSP website or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

To submit manuscripts or participate in peer review, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up-to-date. Each person may hold only one account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fringeglobal.com if you suspect unauthorised access. FGSP will not be liable for loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

2.3 Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or present a risk to the integrity of our publication processes — with or without prior notice.

3. Manuscript Submissions

3.1 Original Work

By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that:

• The work is original and has not been published previously without full disclosure.
• The manuscript is not under simultaneous consideration at another journal or publisher.
• All data, figures, and results are accurate and have not been fabricated, falsified, or manipulated.
• All co-authors have reviewed and approved the submitted version.
• All individuals who made substantial intellectual contributions are listed as authors.

3.2 Corresponding Author

The corresponding author takes full responsibility for the submission on behalf of all co-authors, including compliance with these Terms, obtaining all necessary permissions, and communicating editorial decisions to co-authors.

3.3 Submission Files

Manuscripts should be submitted in .docx, .doc, .pdf, or .tex format. FGSP reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet formatting or scope requirements.

3.4 Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw a manuscript before a final editorial decision at no cost. Withdrawal after acceptance may incur administrative fees if typesetting has commenced.

4. Peer Review

FGSP employs a double-blind peer review process for all journals. Reviewers and authors remain anonymous to one another throughout the review process.

4.1 Reviewer Obligations

By agreeing to review a manuscript, reviewers confirm that they:

• Have no undisclosed conflicts of interest with the authors or the work.
• Will maintain strict confidentiality and will not share or use the manuscript content for any purpose other than completing the review.
• Will provide an objective, constructive, and timely review within the agreed timeframe.
• Will not use unpublished information from submitted manuscripts in their own research without written consent from the authors.

4.2 Editorial Decisions

Editorial decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the editor-in-chief. FGSP does not guarantee publication of any submitted manuscript.

5. Copyright & Licensing

5.1 Open Access

All articles published in FGSP journals are made freely available online immediately upon publication. No subscription fees are charged to readers.

5.2 Creative Commons Licence

Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated. Anyone may copy, distribute, transmit, and adapt the work provided appropriate credit is given and changes are indicated.

5.3 Author Copyright Retention

Authors retain copyright to their work. By submitting, authors grant FGSP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in all formats.

5.4 Third-Party Material

Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party copyrighted material (figures, tables, text). Evidence of permission must be provided upon request.

6. Publication Ethics

FGSP follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The following constitute serious misconduct and may result in rejection, retraction, and/or notification of the authors' institution:

• Plagiarism — presenting others' work without proper attribution.
• Data fabrication or falsification — inventing or manipulating research data, results, or images.
• Duplicate submission — submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
• Ghost or gift authorship — listing individuals who did not contribute, or omitting those who did.
• Image manipulation — altering figures in a way that misrepresents results.

6.1 Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose all funding sources, financial relationships, and any interests that could be perceived to influence their research. Reviewers must declare conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All website design, software, databases, editorial content, logos, and trademarks on FGSP platforms are owned by or licensed to FGSP. You may not reproduce or create derivative works from any FGSP platform content without prior written permission, except as permitted by the CC BY 4.0 licence for published articles.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or submission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without prior written consent.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt our systems.
• Engage in harassment of editors, reviewers, or other users.
• Attempt to manipulate peer review outcomes by suggesting inappropriate reviewers or submitting fake reviews.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 “As Is” Services

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FGSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FGSP, its editors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
